Each of our trainer-led programs include personal training, health coaching, and nutritional counseling as needed and we help you choose your focus and identify opportunities for improving your health and fitness. Don’t worry! We don’t dictate meal plans except in the most dire of health situations. We would rather help you identify and improve your lifestyle habits so you achieve your goals and can sustainably maintain your health for the long term.
Whether you’ve been counting calories or measuring macros, we can help guide you to a system that works for you while it works to get you results. You’re an individual so your approach should be individualized, too.

What can you expect at Lifestyle Performance Training?
Expect no sharing and no distractions as sessions are scheduled with you and your personal trainer with privacy in mind. At most, you will share the studio with two other trainers and their personal training clients as each of your sessions are designed for you.
